Classic Highball

INGREDIENTS
- imperial
- metric
- A freezer-chilled Highball glass
(Ideally thin-glass to keep cooler for longer) - 6 and ⅓ oz of good quality chilled club soda or soda water
- 2 oz of Artist Blend (Frozen overnight)
- One thumb-sized piece of lemon peel to garnish (Optional)
- A freezer-chilled Highball glass
(Ideally thin-glass to keep cooler for longer) - 190ml of good quality chilled club soda or soda water
- 60ml of Artist Blend (Frozen overnight)
- One thumb-sized piece of lemon peel to garnish (Optional)
METHOD
Combine the whisky and soda in the chilled glass.
Express the lemon peel over the drink, if using.
Serve, and enjoy.
