Classic Highball

INGREDIENTS

  • A freezer-chilled Highball glass
    (Ideally thin-glass to keep cooler for longer)
  • 6 and ⅓ oz of good quality chilled club soda or soda water
  • 2 oz of Artist Blend (Frozen overnight)
  • One thumb-sized piece of lemon peel to garnish (Optional)
  • A freezer-chilled Highball glass
    (Ideally thin-glass to keep cooler for longer)
  • 190ml of good quality chilled club soda or soda water
  • 60ml of Artist Blend (Frozen overnight)
  • One thumb-sized piece of lemon peel to garnish (Optional)

METHOD

Combine the whisky and soda in the chilled glass.
Express the lemon peel over the drink, if using.
Serve, and enjoy.
