The full monster
2 oz Orchard House
0.75 oz fresh lemon juice
0.375 oz ginger liqueur
0.375 oz honey syrup (3:1 honey to water)
0.25 oz The Peat Monster, floated
Shake all but the Peat Monster with ice. Strain over fresh ice. Float the Peat Monster.
Garnish with candied ginger cut into tentacle strips. For fog, add one food-grade dry ice chip.
Smoking Hand
0.75 oz The Peat Monster
0.75 oz Orchard House
0.75 oz sweet vermouth
0.75 oz Campari
8 drops mole bitters
Stir with ice for 45 seconds. Strain into a coupe.
Garnish with a speared maraschino cherry.
Midnight
Orchard Monster
2 oz Orchard House
0.5 oz The Peat Monster
1 barspoon rich sugar syrup (2:1)
1 barspoon crème de cassis
Absinthe rinse
Stir the first four ingredients with ice for 45 seconds. Strain into an absinthe-rinsed cocktail glass. Drip a barspoon of cassis for the bleed.
Garnish with an apple slice and a speared blackberry.
Smoky Apple Collins

0.5 oz The Peat Monster
1.5 oz fresh apple juice
2 barspoons rich sugar syrup (2:1)
Soda to top
Build and stir in an ice-filled Collins glass.
Garnish with an apple fan.

Print at 100% scale on the heaviest paper your printer will take, then cut along the dotted lines. Punch a hole at each side and thread string through to tie it on. No hole punch, no string? No problem. Tape a stick or a pen to the back and hold it up masquerade-style.
