Old Fashioned
A dangerously delicious twist on the American classic. The sweetness of this serve brings out a softness and grace that lies beneath The Peat Monster’s complex, smoky demeanour.
INGREDIENTS

- metric
- 2 oz of The Peat Monster
- 1 sugar cube
- 2 dashes of Angostura Bitters
- Orange peel to garnish
- 60ml of The Peat Monster
- 1 sugar cube
- 2 dashes of Angostura Bitters
- Orange peel to garnish
METHOD
Add 1 sugar cube and 2 dashes of Angostura Bitters to a rocks glass. Muddle the sugar, add cubed ice, The Peat Monster and stir. Garnish with an orange peel.
Serve, and enjoy.
