This Scotch-based alternative to the classic Manhattan is a true celebration of the sweeter things in life. Made with Hedonism, it perfectly showcases the whisky’s vanilla-rich qualities. This is not one to be rushed. Find a comfortable seat and sip at your leisure.
INGREDIENTS
- imperial
- metric
- 2 oz of Hedonism
- ¾ oz of red vermouth (we prefer Cocchi Vermouth di Torino)
- Dash of Angostura bitters
- Ice
- Garnish with a Maraschino cherry
- 60ml of Hedonism
- 20ml of red vermouth (we prefer Cocchi Vermouth di Torino)
- Dash of Angostura bitters
- Ice
- Garnish with a Maraschino cherry
METHOD
Stir Hedonism with red vermouth, a dash of Angostura bitters and ice, then strain and pour into a Coupe glass garnished with a Maraschino cherry.
Serve, and enjoy!
