This festive red serve never fails to bring some cheer to the occasion. An invigorating, rich and complex twist on the Boulevardier, a drink from the Prohibition era.

INGREDIENTS

  • imperial
  • metric
  • 1 and ½ oz of The Spice Tree
  • 1 oz of red vermouth (we like Carpano's Antica Formula)
  • 1 oz of Campari
  • Ice
  • Orange peel to garnish
  • 40ml of The Spice Tree
  • 30ml of red vermouth (we like Carpano's Antica Formula)
  • 30ml of Campari
  • Ice
  • Orange peel to garnish

METHOD

Stir The Spice Tree, red vermouth, and Campari with ice. Strain and serve straight up in a Cobbler glass and garnish with orange peel.
Serve, and enjoy.
