Whisky Highball
The whisky Highball is ideal for leisurely sipping on a summer’s night. Its versatility means it can pair with a wide range of foods and is a great companion for a BBQ. The key to a good Highball is a delicate touch that doesn’t disturb the ingredients or lose bubbles, so be sure to stir slowly.

INGREDIENTS
- imperial
- metric
- 2 oz of Artist Blend or Glasgow Blend
- 4-6 oz of sparkling water/soda water
- Lemon peel to garnish
- 50ml of Artist Blend or Glasgow Blend
- 100-150ml of sparkling water/soda water
- Lemon peel to garnish
METHOD
Build in an ice-filled highball glass.
Garnish with lemon peel.

Build the above and store in the fridge with your glassware (even better, pop your glass in the freezer!) and serve like beer when ready to drink. Express with a little lemon peel if you wish.
