At midnight on November 22nd, 2011, it became illegal for whiskymakers to use the term Vatted Grain to label a Scotch whisky made from a combination of two or more single grain whiskies and instead, this style of whisky by law had to be labelled as a Blended Grain Scotch Whisky. To mark the occasion, we created a limited edition bottling made from a marriage of single grain whiskies from four distilleries.
