'Antipodes' - the theme for their 2022 collection of bespoke spirits - could not be a better brief for a blender. 'Antipodes' was all about opposition and contrastl the recipe in the bottle here is ultimately a union of opposities, a synthesis of different styles. It combines whiskies matured in casks prepared using highly technical and modern whiskies , with whiskies aged in more 'traditional' casks. Opposites do attract.
