Boulevardier
Born out of the Prohibition era, the Boulevardier is a masterful digestif cocktail: warming, spicy, rich and complex. Use a measure of The Story of the Spaniard to boost these qualities even further.
INGREDIENTS
- imperial
- metric
- 1 and ½ oz of The Story of the Spaniard
- 1 oz of Campari
- 1 oz of sweet vermouth (we like Lustau Sweet Vermouth made in Jerez, the sherry-producing region of Spain)
- Garnish: Blood orange twist & green olive
- 45ml of The Story of the Spaniard
- 30ml of Campari
- 30ml of sweet vermouth (we like Lustau Sweet Vermouth made in Jerez, the sherry-producing region of Spain)
- Garnish: Blood orange twist & green olive
METHOD
Add The Story of the Spaniard, Campari and sweet vermouth into a mixing glass with ice and stir until well-chilled.
Strain into a Rocks glass over fresh ice.
Garnish with a Blood orange twist and a green olive
Serve, and enjoy!
