Scotch Whisky Sour
Bring some balance to the boisterousness of Glasgow Blend with this sweet, sour and smoky serve. The perfect way to explore this whisky’s depth and versatility.
INGREDIENTS
- imperial
- metric
- 2 oz of Glasgow Blend
- ¾ oz of fresh lemon juice
- ¾ oz of simple syrup
- Garnish with an orange slice and a Maraschino cherry
- 60ml of Glasgow Blend
- 22.5ml of fresh lemon juice
- 22.5ml of simple syrup
- Garnish with an orange slice and a Maraschino cherry
METHOD
Shake Glasgow Blend, lemon juice and simple syrup with ice in a cocktail shaker.
Strain into a cocktail glass.
To garnish, wrap an orange slice around a Maraschino cherry, then pin together with a cocktail pin (or a toothpick).
Serve, and enjoy.
