Scotch Whisky Sour

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 oz of Glasgow Blend
  • ¾ oz of fresh lemon juice
  • ¾ oz of simple syrup
  • Garnish with an orange slice and a Maraschino cherry
  • 60ml of Glasgow Blend
  • 22.5ml of fresh lemon juice
  • 22.5ml of simple syrup
  • Garnish with an orange slice and a Maraschino cherry

METHOD

Shake Glasgow Blend, lemon juice and simple syrup with ice in a cocktail shaker.
Strain into a cocktail glass.
To garnish, wrap an orange slice around a Maraschino cherry, then pin together with a cocktail pin (or a toothpick).
Serve, and enjoy.
