The original bottling of Juveniles was made for Tim Johnston and his Juveniles wine bar in Paris. At first, we made something just for Tim to sell at his restaurant, but our French importer, then all our European importers, asked to sell it as well. The whisky combined three malts - distilled in the villages of Brora, Longmorn and Muir of Ord - all aged in first-fill bourbon barrels.
